Job Description

Alpha-cx is searching for a dedicated and customer-focused representative with extensive e-commerce experience to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a neutral English accent, and the capability to manage customer interactions across various channels seamlessly.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver empathetic support via phone
  • Respond to inquiries through email and live chat in a timely manner
  • Accurately document customer records
  • Handle return and refund requests efficiently
  • Provide assistance with product information

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of customer service experience (preferably in e-commerce)
