Damodar Agro Industries PVT LTD is looking for a dedicated Customer Success Manager to act as the primary contact for our esteemed clients. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding new customers, providing comprehensive product training, and tracking customer health metrics to facilitate successful product usage. You will play a crucial role in building strong client relationships and developing success plans for our key accounts.

Key Skills & Qualifications: Excellent communication skills, adept problem-solving abilities, capability to manage multiple accounts, SaaS experience is a plus, familiarity with CRM systems, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business or related fields.

Salary: ₦50,00.00 – ₦100,00.00 per month
