Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Build strong client relationships for logistics services satisfaction.
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Identify upsell opportunities, collaborate for expansion.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze feedback for service improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Proven ability for timely issue resolution.
- Committed to understanding and satisfying customer needs.
