Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Success Officer to drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth. The successful candidate will oversee onboarding, nurture strong client relationships, monitor account health, and coordinate with product and support teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Responsibilities: client onboarding, proactive account management, health monitoring, and cross-team issue resolution.
- Requirements: 2+ years in customer success or account management, excellent verbal and written communication, strong problem-solving skills, CRM experience, and a customer-focused, proactive mindset.
