Zap Africa is recruiting suitably qualified candidates for the position of Customer Success Manager based in Lagos.

About the Job:

• We are looking for a motivated Customer Success Manager to ensure user satisfaction and loyalty by building strong relationships and providing effective support.
• You will be responsible for onboarding new customers, engaging with existing users, resolving issues promptly, and collecting feedback for service improvement.

What You’ll Do:

• Respond promptly to social media and support messages.
• Guide new customers through onboarding and provide product demonstrations.
• Engage with customers, resolve issues, and collect feedback for improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field.
• 3+ years experience in customer success or account management in fintech or tech.
• Strong understanding of financial products, especially in cryptocurrency exchanges.
