Job Description
We are looking to hire a Customer Success Manager to monitor relationships with existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities include devising customer lifetime value strategies for maximum profitability and collaborating with team members to deliver excellent service.
Non-Negotiables:
- Minimum 8 years of customer service experience, focusing on acquisition, re-engagement, and retention strategies.
- Proficiency with Customer Service Systems, KPI metrics, setting up corporate-level CS programs, and tech startup experience.
- Skilled in managing various communication channels and collaborating in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Patient, empathetic, and able to maintain professionalism in challenging situations.
- Passionate about educating customers on product features and ensuring their success.
- Excellent communication skills and a degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
