Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving retention and growth.
Your main duties will include onboarding new customers, providing product demonstrations, and resolving any customer issues. You will also collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
