Job Description
Davinsoft Digitals is seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager to ensure our users achieve their goals on our platform. This role is a pivotal part of our team, focused on enhancing user satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Onboard new users with tutorials and guides.
- Monitor user activity to ensure satisfaction.
- Address issues that may cause users to leave the platform.
