Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and talented individual to join our team as a Customer Success Associate with fluency in Hausa language. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent support to our Hausa-speaking customers, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
Your main duties will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong relationships with our Hausa-speaking clientele. Excellent communication skills in both Hausa and English are essential for this role.
