Job Description
Whip-smart Service Providers is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual for the Customer Service Team Lead position. This role requires strong leadership skills along with exceptional customer service abilities. The ideal candidate will manage our customer service team, resolve issues, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Lead and motivate customer service representatives.
- Identify process improvement opportunities.
Requirements:
- 4+ years in customer service management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Compensation: ₦120,00 – ₦150,00 per month
