Job Description
Workinnigeria is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to lead and develop a customer service team in Ikoyi. Salary: ₦250,00–₦300,00/month. Key duties: coach team members, manage shifts and staffing, handle escalated complaints, coordinate with operations, sales, and logistics, monitor KPIs (response time, resolution rate, CSAT), review interactions for quality and compliance, and drive improvements to scripts and SOPs. Support scheduling, attendance, recruitment, and training documentation.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; 3–5 years in customer service with 1–2 years in a supervisory role;
- strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; CRM proficiency (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk); solid analytical and reporting abilities;
