Job Description

TeamAce is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Supervisor to lead our daily customer support operations. This pivotal role focuses on enhancing the overall customer experience, streamlining processes, and nurturing strong relationships within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise the CEO on strategies for improving customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the customer service team to ensure prompt responses to inquiries.
  • Develop and implement methods to gather operational metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate efficient and effective communication with customers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service management.
  • Proven experience in managing customer service teams is required.

Salary: N250,00 – N300,00 Monthly.
