Job Description
Beaconhill Smile Clinic is looking for a talented Customer Service Supervisor to manage daily front desk operations and cultivate exceptional patient relationships. In this role, you will lead a team of dedicated customer service representatives, ensuring that our high standards of service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train customer service representatives.
- Oversee patient scheduling, billing, and inquiries.
- Address and resolve patient complaints in collaboration with dental staff.
Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in the healthcare sector is required.
