Job Description
Job Title: Customer Service Specialist – Real Estate
Location: Ajah/Sangotedo, Lagos (Proximity to location is key)
Job Type: Full-time (Onsite)
Salary: ₦100,00 per month + 10% commission on sales
Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Specialist with real estate experience and social media proficiency. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be customer-centric, and handle administrative tasks efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client inquiries promptly.
- Manage social media profiles and create engaging content.
- Assist with administrative duties and support the sales team.
- Maintain client interaction records and collaborate with other departments.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in real estate.
- Proficiency in social media and content creation.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve proactively.
