Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Automobile Customer Support Representative. Salary: ₦100,00–₦120,00. Applicants must be located within proximity to the work location.
- Act as customer liaison: provide product and service information, handle high call volumes, generate leads, assess customer needs, resolve complaints, and meet sales/call quotas.
- Maintain accurate records and comply with company procedures.
Requirements: HND or BSc; minimum 2 years of customer support experience with documented quota achievement; strong phone and active listening skills; CRM experience; excellent verbal and written communication, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
