Job Description
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Processing orders, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Forwarding accurate orders to other branch for quick deliveries.
- Confirming payment before processing orders.
- Mastering menu and price list to provide quick responses and accurate billing.
- Manage a team of junior customer service representatives.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong phone contact handling and active listening skills.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management systems.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different personalities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, multitasking, and time management skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Experience in customer support.

- Lagos: Reliably commute or planning to relocate (Preferred)

Salary: ₦60,00.00 per month
