In this role, you will serve as a vital link between our company and our customers, offering comprehensive product and service information while efficiently resolving any issues that may arise. The ideal candidate will demonstrate patience, empathy, and outstanding communication skills.
Key Responsibilities: Manage incoming calls, generate sales leads, assess customer needs, build strong relationships, provide accurate information, address complaints, and maintain detailed records.
