Job Description
Job Summary: Customer Service Representative is to provide exceptional service to every customer and will respond to telephone, email and live chat customer inquiries in an efficient, professional and friendly manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries focusing on delivering excellent customer service.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with dealers and consumers.
- Open and maintain customer accounts, resolving product or service problems.
- Manage incoming calls, assess customer needs, and provide accurate information.
- Meet sales targets, call handling quotas, and resolution targets.
Qualifications:
- OND or equivalent; additional education/training in customer service and tourism is a plus.
- Proven call center experience, strong communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in computer systems, CRM tools, ability to work flexible hours.
