Job Description
Speedaf Express is on the lookout for a committed Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our valued customers with their inquiries and resolve any issues they may encounter, ensuring their satisfaction. The ideal candidate will effectively document interactions, follow up on inquiries, and actively collaborate to improve our customer service processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer complaints and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Conduct follow-up communications via phone or email to ensure service satisfaction.
- Identify and implement effective solutions to customer questions.
- Handle incoming calls and escalate issues as necessary.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Salary: NGN 80,00 – NGN 100,00 Monthly.
