Job Description
Redlantern International Limited is on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lagos. This full-time role comes with a competitive salary ranging from NGN 150,00 to 250,00.
Job Overview: The successful candidate will possess a minimum OND qualification and at least one year of customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities: Your main duties will include responding to customer inquiries, assisting both creators and fans, troubleshooting technical issues, and gathering valuable user feedback.
