We are recruiting to fill the position of Customer Service Representative.
Job Position: Customer Service Representative
Job Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Processing orders from merchants delegated to him/her.
- Give timely reports of all activities like breakdowns (Daily), order updates (Daily).
Qualifications:
- OND, NCE, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree.
- Good customer service/communication skills.
- Team player.
- Fluent in English, can work under pressure, and can do basic calculations (Maths).
- Living around Maryland, Obanikoro, Palm Groove, Bariga, Ilaje, Gbagada, Onipan, Sabo, Outer Surulere, Ojota, Alapere, Ketu, Anthony, Oshodi and its environs is an advantage.
Working Hours:
- 8am to 5pm (Mondays to Fridays).
- 9am to 3pm on Saturdays. With one Saturday off in a month.
Remuneration:
- First month of probation: N50,00. From the 2nd month after confirmation – N70,00 monthly.
