Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries online and in-store, converting them into sales.
- Create and share engaging content on social media.
- Utilize cross-selling and up-selling skills.
- Follow up on inquiries and obtain feedback.
Requirements:
- OND qualification with 2-3 years of experience.
- At least 1 year of retail or supermarket experience.
- Excellent command of English.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Must be able to multitask and be computer literate.
- Willingness to work Saturdays and some public holidays.
- Aged between 23-35 years, male or female.
Salary: N80,00 monthly + N10,00 transportation allowance.
