Job Description
QFA NIGERIA LTD is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to manage customer relationships and drive retention and growth. Responsibilities include exceeding retention goals, facilitating cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. You will also participate in onboarding activities and serve as the voice of the customer back to our Product team.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, at least 2 years in a call center role, and exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, detail-oriented, and possess strong networking abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦80,00.00 per month
Location: Lagos – Must reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
