Job Description
Onyibiz Consult, located in Lagos, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. In this full-time position, with a competitive salary ranging from NGN 150,00 to 250,00, the CSR will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued customers. Your role will involve addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing detailed product information to ensure a satisfactory customer experience.
Key responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries through various channels, delivering accurate information about our products and services, empathizing with customer complaints, and maintaining detailed records of interactions.
Candidates should possess a minimum OND qualification and have at least one year of experience in customer service.
