Job Description
The Nirvana Synergy Company Limited is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Okota, Lagos, to deliver exceptional service to our valued customers.
Job Overview
- Assist customers with inquiries, process orders, and provide product information.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Close sales satisfactorily, answer product queries, and develop customer-focused content.
- Build trust-based customer relationships, handle feedback effectively, and meet sales targets.
Job Requirements
- Minimum OND qualification, 2 years of Customer Service experience.
- Team player with excellent communication skills and ability to multitask.
- Reside within Okota, Ago, Isolo, or surrounding areas.
