Job Description
Myafrimall Logistics is a trusted independent customs broker committed to meeting all customs clearance requirements for imports and exports. We are excited to announce an opening for a Customer Service Representative to join our vibrant team located in River II, Trade Fair – Lagos.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients in a clear and professional manner.
- Provide accurate responses to customer inquiries.
- Conduct shipments inspections and report any discrepancies.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions.
- Monitor shipment status and relay updates to customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Higher National Diploma in a relevant discipline.
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service.
- Fluency in Igbo is an advantage.
