Myafrimall Logistics Limited, an international freight company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is fully remote and based in Ogba, Lagos. As a vital part of our organization, you will establish and maintain effective communication with clients, respond promptly to inquiries, and ensure accurate shipping processes.

Key Responsibilities include: managing customer interactions, inspecting items for defects, tracking shipments, and preparing shipping documents.

Requirements: A Bachelor’s Degree or HND, with 2-3 years of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: N130,00 gross.
