Job Description
MEG Consults is on the lookout for a dedicated and service-driven Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. In this role, you will ensure that every inquiry, booking, and issue is addressed with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries through phone, email, and social media channels.
- Oversee bookings for short-let apartments and event venues.
- Provide clients with details about properties, pricing, and booking policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure apartment readiness.
- Assist with guest check-in and check-out processes.
Qualifications:
- OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service or hospitality.
- Exceptional communication skills and a welcoming attitude.
