Job Description
Insight Talent is looking for committed individuals to fill the position of Customer Service Representative, fluent in both Mandarin and English, based in Lagos. Ideal candidates should possess at least an SPM qualification and have prior experience in customer service.
This role offers the flexibility of working from home, with hours from 9 AM to 6 PM. Compensation includes a base salary of RM 400, along with an additional RM 300 KPI incentive.
Your key responsibilities will involve maintaining accurate customer records, addressing customer inquiries effectively, and promoting positive interactions. Strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.
