Job Description

LifeBank is looking for a committed Customer Service Representative to act as the key point of contact for our esteemed customers. The ideal candidate will manage both incoming and outgoing calls, address customer inquiries, and deliver timely solutions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring call center operations run efficiently.
  • Conducting bi-weekly vendor reconciliations.
  • Reviewing and enforcing compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Creating weekly schedules for team members.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and performing quality assurance reviews on calls.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Exceptional communication and analytical skills.

Salary: N150,00 per month.
