Job Description
LD&D Consulting is in search of a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative with 1 to 3 years of experience in the sales and support of solar energy and CCTV surveillance products. The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, promoting our products, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through multiple communication channels.
- Provide accurate information and guidance regarding products.
- Assist customers in selecting the right products.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and invoices.
Requirements:
- OND/HND/B.Sc. Degree in relevant fields.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service or sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary: N80,00 – N100,00 monthly.
