Job Description
LD&D Consulting is looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative with 1-3 years of experience in selling and supporting solar energy and CCTV surveillance products. This position involves addressing customer inquiries, promoting products, processing orders, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels.
- Provide accurate product information and technical assistance.
- Guide customers in product selection based on their needs and budget.
- Handle customer complaints professionally.
- Prepare and follow up on quotes and deliveries.
Requirements:
- OND / HND / B.Sc. in a relevant field.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales.
- Strong knowledge of solar and CCTV products.
Salary: N80,00 – N100,00 per month.
