Job Description
Kreditek Stride Limited seeks a professional, goal-oriented Customer Service Representative to enhance sales productivity and drive revenue. The successful candidate will proactively identify and promote loan products to target customers, handle customer inquiries by phone and email regarding applications, payments, and accounts, welcome visitors, clearly explain loan terms and company policies, address customer concerns with empathy, and maintain accurate client records.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or HND
- Experience: 1–2 years in customer service or sales
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, proven customer service aptitude, and ability to meet loan/investment targets
- Employment: Full-time; Salary: ₦100,00–₦120,00 per month
