Job Description
JV Management Consulting Limited is excited to announce an opening for a dedicated Customer Service Representative in the fashion industry. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service and sales skills, backed by strong communication abilities and proficiency in social media platforms.
Qualifications include a minimum of OND/NCE; a degree is preferred. Familiarity with social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp is crucial. Experience in the retail or fashion sector is a plus.
This position is based in Ikeja, specifically on Allen Avenue. Working days are Monday through Saturday, with one flexible day off, and hours are from 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. The remuneration for this role is NGN 100,00 monthly.
