Job Description

INDUSTRY: Food and Beverage

LOCATION: Victoria Island, Lagos

JOB SUMMARY:

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for all interactions with consumers regarding bakery orders. The key objectives of the Customer Service Representative position include customer communication, taking customers’ orders, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining order presentation up to company standards.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Interacting with customers to understand their needs.
  • Assisting customers in selecting orders and making suggestions and recommendations.
  • Providing updates on order status.
  • Confirming customer payments and sending invoices for customer orders.
  • Ensuring orders are made according to customer requirements.
  • Communicating orders to bakers and decorators.
  • Following up on orders and consolidating daily orders.
  • Liaising with graphic design to create images as per customer requests.
  • Coordinating with decorators to design and confirm fondant orders.
  • Analyzing customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining inventory of presentation supplies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • OND/HND Degree with a bachelor’s degree being a plus.
  • Prior customer service experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the food and beverage or events industry.
  • Creativity and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence and excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦120,00.00 – ₦150,00.00 per month
