As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service through various channels including phone, email, chat, and social media. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements: ND/BSc in a related field, 1-2 years of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
