Job Description
We are looking for a committed Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lagos. This full-time position involves fulfilling customer needs, processing online orders, and handling phone inquiries. In addition, you will address customer complaints, coordinate with courier services, and execute daily operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities: Manage online orders, maintain our website and social media presence, convert leads into sales, and nurture positive relationships with our customers.
Qualifications: Candidates must possess a minimum OND qualification, at least 1 year of relevant experience, and reside in or near Lekki.
