Job Description
HRLeverage, an esteemed HR Boutique firm located in Africa, is on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Ikoyi, Lagos. This full-time role demands a proactive individual who is capable of addressing customer inquiries about our products and services effectively.
Core Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries related to products, services, and orders.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
- Accurately process customer orders in a timely manner.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
- Retail experience is preferred.
- Exemplary communication and time management skills.
Salary: N150,00 per month.
