Job Description
Heritage Kidney and Medical Care seeks a full-time, permanent Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for patients. Responsibilities include welcoming and registering patients, collecting demographic and insurance information, verifying coverage, and scheduling appointments in the EMR. The role maintains and securely files medical records, adds patients to treatment and lab queues, and manages clinic flow to minimize wait times. Provide clear, courteous explanations of procedures, appointments, and billing; respond to phone, WhatsApp, and social media inquiries; and appropriately redirect patients. The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent communication, strong organizational skills, attention to confidentiality, and professionalism.
