Job Description
HelpMum is leveraging mobile technology to address maternal and infant mortality in remote areas of Nigeria. We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Intern/NYSC to join our team in Lagos.
The successful candidate will reach out to mothers, collect essential information, and register them on the HelpMum Vaccination Tracker.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact mothers to verify personal health information.
- Assist with registration and accurate data entry.
- Provide information about the vaccination tracker.
- Address questions from mothers concerning vaccinations.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Hausa or Igbo.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
