Job Description
GUO Transport Company Limited is a leading name in the transportation industry, renowned for its intercity and interstate services across Nigeria and West Africa. We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lagos on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly.
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues.
- Manage and track customer concerns.
- Provide personalized support to valued customers.
Requirements: OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree with 2-4 years of experience.
Salary: N100,00 – N150,00 Monthly.
