Job Description
Graygold Realty is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to enhance our team. Ideal candidates will possess a solid background in customer service, exemplary communication abilities, and proficiency in handling escalated complaints with professionalism.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or an administrative position
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Competency in CRM software
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
This full-time role is located in Lagos, offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from ₦70,00.00 to ₦80,00.00, along with additional benefits. Candidates are required to reside within Ajah and its surrounding areas.
