Job Description
Gbyte Place Management Services is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative. In this vital role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, assisting them, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve complaints effectively, ensuring satisfaction.
- Provide accurate product and policy information.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain detailed customer interaction records.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance service delivery.
Requirements:
- 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
- Completed NYSC with a valid certificate.
