Responsibilities:
- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships with customer accounts
- Provide accurate information using suitable tools
- Handle customer complaints and follow up for resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions
Requirements:
- Proven customer support experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Higher National Diploma (Preferred)
- 1 year of customer service experience (Preferred)
