Job Description
FavGrab is seeking a friendly and quick-thinking individual to serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, vendors, and riders. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving issues, addressing inquiries, and facilitating smooth order processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to customers through in-app chat, phone, social media, and email.
- Professionally resolve any order-related issues.
- Support riders and vendors to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Pidgin is a plus).
- Ability to remain composed under pressure.
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
