Job Description
Extramileage Consults Limited is a full-service Human Resource Outsourcing company servicing different companies in different states across the nation.
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Responsibilities:
- Receive and take orders via calls, social media, website, and any other platform the company subscribes to. Attend to concerns on service delivery platforms, price changes, etc.
- Call customers daily for feedback and document it on the excel sheet.
- Prepare daily delivery sales report and present a summary.
- Attend to customers’ inquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally and ensure follow-up to completion.
Qualifications:
- An ND holder with at least 6-month restaurants or Customer Services Experience
- Smart
- Good Knowledge of the internet
- Good Command of English
- Marketing skills
Salary: N45,00 – N50,00 / month
