Job Description
A Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service and resolving customer queries and issues. They serve as the first point of contact for customers and assist them in a professional and friendly manner. Key tasks include answering incoming calls and emails, addressing customer complaints and concerns, and providing accurate and timely information. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and problem-solving skills, be patient and empathetic, and possess good knowledge of the company’s products or services. Previous customer service experience and proficiency in using customer service software are preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Providing accurate information about company products or services.
- Handling customer complaints in a professional manner and escalating complex cases to the appropriate department.
- Maintaining customer records and updating the database with new information.
- Assisting customers with product returns, exchanges, or refunds.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure efficient resolutions.
Requirements:
