Elders Travels and Tours is currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative with specialized expertise in visa packaging. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, delivering outstanding service and support throughout the visa application process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address client inquiries via multiple communication channels.
- Provide expert guidance on visa application procedures.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of visa applications.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service and visa packaging.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Salary: N50,00 Monthly
