Job Description
Become a vital part of the Elders Group as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction with our security solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide detailed information regarding our security systems and services.
- Schedule service appointments with technicians efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues as they arise.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and support client onboarding.
Requirements:
- Higher National Diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
- Experience in customer service, particularly within security or tech fields.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Salary: N50,00 – N70,00 per month.
