Job Description
Our client, a leading online pharmaceutical marketplace in Yaba, Lagos, seeks a Customer Service Representative to deliver professional support via phone, WhatsApp, and chat. The role includes following up on incomplete orders, assisting purchases on the GoMed platform, confirming customer satisfaction, escalating clinical queries to pharmacists, recording feedback, and supporting retention efforts.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Marketing, Public Relations, Hospitality, or related field; minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.
- Skills: strong verbal communication, empathy, professionalism; basic knowledge of medications or pharmacy operations; phone-facing experience preferred.
- Conditions: onsite, full-time; proximity to Yaba required; environment is fast-paced and tech-driven.
- Hours & Compensation: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM; ₦150,00–₦180,00 net monthly.
